Gratefulness for Smells
Smells are great memory teasers. Allow yourself the pleasure of remembering a favorite smell, and compare it with the favorites of others.

I remembered the smell of turkey on Thanksgiving day. The memories of delicious food and the gift of abundance and a wonderful family.

Lilacs, and the smell of the N.E. Atlantic water there is nothing like the cold sea spray. The smell of low tide on the way to my grandparents house. Chanel #5 my grandmothers perfume and the bread fresh from the oven my mom Baked.. the most comforting and peaceful is the smell of a horse barn... hay, shavings, horse.
