The afternoon sun shines in my living room warming a white rose with the sweet smell of the rose on my window sill. This past weekend I was at a shopping plaza downtown(Horton Plaza) and a young couple presented me with the white rose saying it was a gift from God to me!!

Chanel #5 my grandmothers perfume and the bread fresh from the oven my mom Baked.. the most comforting and peaceful is the smell of a horse barn... hay, shavings, horse.

Moss is also great. Whenever I jog through my favourite wood (the one beside which I grew up), I smell it - the damp, moist, rich scent of moss. Sometimes, I take a bit of it home to envelop my home with the scent of fresh moss.

I love roses. I've just got 11 wonderful, deeply red roses for my birthday and it's a bliss to see and smell them every day. Their sweet scent calms me and makes me feel great. Love to all of you out there, C.

I love the smell of Vics Vapor Rub. It reminds me of the days when I was little. If I got a cold and cough, Mom would rub me down with it. I still find comfort in it's smell when I am sick.
