Somehow Heavenly Father opened another door for me today and helped me to realized the great gift of tenderness; I am blessed with an incredible tender husband, an unusal tender cat which somehow mysteriously similar character as my husband, two very tender boys with their sweetest tender interactions, a tender wind or breeze daily, we just spent some time in the forest, how tenderly the blueberries were hanging on their bushes, how tenderly a handicapped butterfly was moving forward from one of my fingers to the others, how tenderly the flowers are waving in the wind with their tender colors, it just goes on and on and I realized in what a generous tender God's world we are blessed to live in and what a tender being God himself must be.

Take what you need and leave the rest. Have no regrets, because the past is past. Trust in God and hope are two of the greatest gifts. Even if they seem to leave, the greatest gift stays. The love remains.

every morning after i do yoga, i pay homages to four directions of the universe and to my center inside where everything comes from and going to. At that moment as I clasp my hands and give thanks, often i feel very touched that how much i have: air to breath, food to eat, ect ect. It often puts me in connection with simplicity in life thats easily within reach and surrounds all of us. peace to all.

I feel peacful when i think of the goddess nournsihing me. There are the things i do everyday to live simply: Wake up to meditate and write. Cook simple vegetarian meals. Keep the kitchen and living space neat, so the cleaning is never a chore. Eat out only on occasions like mother's day, so eating out becomes special. Donate clothes i don't wear. Wear clothes i already have, so i don't need to shop. mingle with people who are like-minded. Go for walks, read, and treat my family with love. i am happy when i do all of this mindfully.

I started with looking out of the window. Looking for what I felt in that moment I was lacking, just one thing, either Joy or Peace or Strength...whatever. I looked long enough until I found it, and then I instantly became aware it was also inside me. It doesn't take much, usually a sparrow or the sun... After a while a window was no longer necessary

Living simply for me is living in the present moment which indeed is a gift I love to open often ! Listening to whatever's around me, seeing what 's in front of me and appreciating whatever they may bring to me is calming and creates another slow smile. From inside out I am happy. Living is always sooo easy when I just remember to ride the waves of my emotions, to release any stress by breathing.... s..l...o...w...l...y ...and to get up and saunter as I ponder.

One thing that helps me to live simply is to remember that happiness comes from within, as a choice. It can't be bought, borrowed, or given to you from experiences, circumstances, or by someone else. It has nothing to do with money, or the lack of it. When I remember that, it gets so much easier. When I am happy, life just works, and I really don't need anything else. I believe that my example will show others how to find happiness as well.

It has been a tough year full of complications. Still, I am inspired by what I see when I look around at the constant gift of this beautiful landscape. Yesterday, a neighbor boy brought me a banana muffin that he made himself. Outside my window, a chickadee stopped to sing it's 'spring song'. It reminded me that despite our man-made obstacles, the seasons move on, with all the opportunities that the passage of time bestows. I am ready to put the past away and live in the 'now'. I have blessings and I have trouble. I would say 50/50 right now. I am buried in credit card debt. I almost went bankrupt but was saved by debt negotiation but I still am responsible for debt incurred but only a percentage now. It will be a few years in my debt prison, my home where I can go nowhere, cannot visit my children or grand children. I am a spendaholic and that is a curse. I often get mired in anger over that.
