Caring for the Earth

The Earth is our mother. Without her we couldn't survive. And yet we keep mistreating her. To reverse this trend, each one of us can and must do our share. Tell others what you do and let yourself be inspired by what you read about their actions.

Water is alive!!! The planet is made of water, we are made of water... and water responds to love!! Dr Emoto tells us to send love and gratefulness to water, it changes the structure of it crystals... it cleans it... it radiates love back (this last bit is my comment!!) check this website: emotoproject.org

I intend to do everything I can to conserve water in my life. Thank You Lord, for the blessing you have bestowed upon us!

Thanks to Ms Em for sharing this site. And more for this article about water. I have been personally so conscious of this basic stuff as it is really expensive here in my place. Precious indeed, so even if there is abundance of it now, the practice of really saving it up, optimizing use of it is deep ingrained in my system already.

I am thankful to a good friend that offered a link to this site. A wonderful discovery. If each of us spreads the word, than one drop at a time, we can make a difference. I will begin today at home to use our water with gratefulness and respect for others.

Thank you for the inspiration to be more conscious of water. I recently saw a documentary called "The Mystery of Water", which is available on netflix. I never thought of water as a sentient "being" but it clearly seems to be more profound than any of us imagine.

i will try to be more aware of how muchwater I use, or waste, each day. Thanks for the reminder.

i, too, am moved by this inspirational message. i do try to conserve water in little ways in a state that's in it's third year of drought. we are urged by public radio to water outside only once a week; take the 20 gallon challenge and use water sparingly. i do. what was most moving was re-realizing how precious our water truly is.

Water is life giving to us. If we misuse it- waste it - or are selfish with it, we will die. It is our source of life- a treasure.

dear water carers. we had drought here for a long time and are now very grateful whenever a few drop of rain turn up. I didn't see any posts mention Dr Emoto. If you haven't seen his gorgeous photos of frozen water crystals put his name into google and remember to be grateful for the water in you. love to all

Thanks to wicked neighbours who broke into our home and destroyed much, also the toilet-waterpipe, we became used to keep used water for reuse as toilet flush water eg from the washing machine or from the bath tub and so on.

This is my 5th year living in rural Sicily. This year I am living a miracle. We have water in our well. I can hear it bubbling in. I can see it glimmer from the top. This time last year, and the 3 years previous, we were desperate. It did not rain over winter. Last winter it did, we stood and prayed it wouldn't stop. It is wonderful. We have not lost any trees this year. I am aware it might not rain this winter... but I am grateful for this moment.

thank you for your beautiful website. this is very inspiring and remindful of all that we take for granted from mother nature.

We are currently suffering from a long drought, no rain for over 100 days. Our water supply is in danger and we are under strick useage rations. What use to be green, now is yellow. My hope is that people around here will realize the seriousness of protecting and conserving our water and sources. I pray for rain, but most of all I pray that I never take water for granted. I hope others feel the same way around these parts!

Our family is working at using less water for our basic needs. Water in the high desert is hard to come by and we are becoming more aware of that fact daily. God gave us the blessing of water, but to be used with common sense.

In reading those messages I understand in which plentiful country I'm living. Plenty - often too much for my taste - of water and this of very good conditions. Seas with drinking water quality. What a treasure to care for! And we only need to receive it, not to destroy. My hope is (in first place for me) to be aware of it. The first and most important step.

It's amazing how people don't realize how valuable water is. 'Cause when it's gone... it's gone. The world will just die. Water is truly "liquid gold".
