I am grafeful for a babysitter I had when I was about 4. She didn't interfere with my play she just stood back and kept an eye on me. I felt her presence and mostly her profound love for me. More love than from anyone in my life since.

I am grateful for competent people in their jobs...specifically the ones I have had to work with to get my life back on track. If it wasn't for them/this I think I might be slumped back in the deep dark hole that I had been sitting in for months and months. Each time someone comes through for me (just by providing good ACCURATE customer service), at this crucial time in my life, I feel so warm and grateful and cry a little..it has been hard..it will get a little harder..BUT..I'm so able to wrap my mind around things again and see THE LIGHT/HOPE. So for that I am grateful. I am also grateful for my friend Amy..she listens to me and asks questions..that is new for me..as I never trusted anyone to listen to my troubles.. I hope to come back to this post if/when things get rough..GRATEFULNESS is really healing. :-) Julia

There is gratitude I feel for reading the message board because communicating outside of my own mind, I see that there are so many heartfelt ways to experience gratitude. Lifting myself up from a depression, despair, and grief, I can even be grateful for the experience of d, d, and grief! Its a relief to not be told to get "rid of a feeling," as if getting rid of the feeling is the way to move forward. THere is no direction but into the heart. That is my gratitude. Each morning, the birds of early spring wake my heart. HOW can I be as that bird is telling us all to SING. P

I am grateful for the entertainment made available through my television and computer. With all of this technology, I am able to travel anywhere in the world, live through any story and learn about anything I may be interested in with great convenience at a level unheard of in the past. I am also able to connect with people from around the world with great ease.

I am so grateful for this beautiful catus blooming in the middle of a cold February on a snowy day- bright pink flowers looking out at the storm. Reminder of the warmth of summer and the cool of fall that fed the bloom- the beauty of the seasons and all being connected.
