Creativity ...
Is there a central preoccupation in your life, a melodic thread that runs through its entire symphony? If you can name it right now, you have much reason to be grateful. But even if you cannot name it, this guiding theme may be woven into the music of your days, and you need only listen more carefully.

I have always turned to music in times of stress, sadness, or happiness. Music brings the good of the world into focus. I especially love sharing music with others, jamming together, and singing with and for children.

I am grateful for years of doing paintings and illustrating children's books... the pleasure it has given the recipients and me. I have had a life times fascination with the seashore and the sea... painted endless shells and palm trees, huts and boats, fish and waves. All in a way that is my own but which arrived with mystery and was/is all gift.

I am grateful for spiritual enlightment and our expanding consciousness, life, the capacity to give and receive love, this magnificent and complex earth, my Angels, my family, my great job that allows me to help those in need. And, the gift of curiosity that inspires me to explore and learn new things. I am also grateful for this site and the people who frequent it.... Thank you!

I am grateful for many many reasons. Thank you loving God for allowing me to share myself and my ability to grow beautiful flower gardens. To smile or hug those who need a little encouragement. I am grateful for the air that I breathe, the family I love and the freedom to smile at a stranger and to see them smile back at ME. Thank you for allowing me to use my creativity to bring pleasure to others... my gardens surely bring smiles to those who take time to enjoy them. I bow to you and then lift my arms and face towards your light.

i am fascinated even by the word creativity. each person is unique, each person has to find its own way, its own expressions of creativity. only then this earth can remain/become beautiful, colourful, interesting, worth living in, only when we listen to this inner voice, express it, we find our destination. to me creativity is to do something with what is at hand ... not much is needed ... nature offers a lot ... you only have to open your eyes.

I am grateful for knowing what love is. The beauty of nature. The profoundness of life. The bond between man and beast. The kiss of friendship. The breath of every fresh new day. Of home, of health of a warm hearth. I am truly grateful for all, including this wonderful website.

I am deeply grateful for my work as a potter sculptor and teacher of clay. Even though I am going through hard treatments for incurable cancer, I feel blessed to always find some strength to be creative with clay and find joy, meaning and spiritual deepening. I believe my creativity is Grace, a gift from God. Feb. 23, 2009
