Grateful Living
In the ground beneath an ant hill stretches a vast network of tunnels, teaming with ants. Our world is teaming with grateful people, and this website is merely a little ant hill sticking out into cyberspace. The ants work on their project in silence, but we have the gift of language. Let's use this to share the insights, questions, joys, or difficulties we encounter in our daily practice of gratitude. Thus, we will build our project: a Network for Grateful Living.

I'm grateful for the miracle of my body - to mindfully consider the complexity and precision of our bodies is quite awe inspiring.

I am grateful for my awesome body, which has withstood the ravages of surgery, chemotherapy & radiation in an effort to be well again. I am determined to nourish it as well as my spirit, with the best nutrition and meditation in an effort to live fully for many more years.

I am amazed at the wonder of my body. The complexity and the beauty of its function. I love so much that it has continued to maintain balance, even when that has been a struggle. To live within this body is a blessing

Devotion: to the mission God has given me. To the good inside of me. To the faith I hold dear. To whatever I do.

Self- Confidence. In life, love and career.

As I re-focus on health and defeating a debilitating disease, I am grateful for the power and the will to do so. I also deeply appreciate the miracle that is my life. When millions of cells were competing to become something, they come together to form me! I am the only one of me, just as “God” intended. Thank you God, thank you science, thank you all here on this site for sharing such a worthy and positive message – the importance of being grateful!

I have troubles to embody myself. These thinkings at gratefulnes give me a direction. I am thankfull that my liver takes away all the poisons and mediction. All my senses work well. Still, even if I did not treat my body the best way I should have done. Thank you.

How awesome to realize that I began by the union of microscopic egg and sperm and now six decades later enjoy the breath of God still dancing thru my body! AHHH ! the sheer wonder of life; how blessed I am and grateful for my parents who began me and my God who sustains me.

I am grateful for my healthy body. It is when most people have a disease/injury that makes awarness come to the surface of just how wonderful it is to have our health. I am happy and grateful to be in good health, with a strong heart and healthy body that makes my life full of amazing adventures/experiences. I am grateful to be alive!

I'm grateful for my amazing body. It has brought three beautiful girls into this world with very little complaining. It has stayed healthy and strong while under unforgiving eyes whom critize it for being too big. It has performed icredible feats as it keeps going through births, diets, substances, marathons, chemicals, and still no complaints. For this, I am truly thankful and will no longer critize my body.
