Q: How do I unsubscribe?
A: At the end of each email we send you there is a special subscription management link. Click on it to cancel/change your subscription.

Q: I tried to subscribe but have not received confirmation email from you.
A: You may have mistyped your email address. Please try subscribing again. If that doesn't help, your provider may be blocking our emails. See next question and answer...

Q: I've suddenly stopped receiving my daily word (newsletters). Please help!?
A: The most likely explanation is that your internet/email provider is falsely identifying emails originating from our site as spam. For example, this has happened before to Comcast and Netzero users. If this has happened to you, there are several steps you can take: (1) First, check your "Junk Mail" or "Bulk Mail" webmail folders. If you find our email there make sure you click "Not Spam" or similar link to let your provider know to stop treating our email as spam. (2) Second, add our send address (auto-sender@gratefulness.org) to your webmail contacts list. This helps your provider identify us as a legitimate bulk emailer. (3) Third, your provider may have blocked our mail server. You can help by contacting your provider and requesting them to unblock our mail server (mail.gratefulness.org). (4) If all fails, you can open a free web mail account and then subscribe with that new email. We recommend Google Gmail.
