World AIDS Day

This day was created by the United Nations to increase awareness of HIV/AIDS in the world. There are 14,000 new infections every day. In the United States, minorities account for approximately 65% of all HIV/AIDS infections.
Bristol-Myers Squibb has established a Light to Unite site where each time someone lights a candle, Bristol-Myers will donate $1 up to $100,000 to the National AIDS Fund. You can also learn more about AIDS in the United States, and make additional gifts directly to the National AIDS Fund through this website.« back
