1. Why am I asked to create a password?
   
   You create a password in order to set up an account with Network for Good. Then any time you want to update your card or change the amount of your donation you will be able to do that yourself safely and securely on the Network for Good site.
   
2. How do I create the right kind of password?
   
   The password you create must be at least eight (8) characters and at least one of them must be a non-alpha-numeric character such as * or %. For example you could choose “good*4all” or “118@last”. 
   
3. Why is it so complicated?
   
   This is for your benefit.  The more complex your password is, the more secure your credit card information is.
   
4. How do I update my card or change the donation amount?
   
   If you ever want to make changes, you can click the link near the top of the donation page that says “Recurring Donor? Edit settings” and you will be directed to the page where you can sign in with your email address and password to make your changes.
