    5. I sent an ecard to someone, but it never got there. Can you track it down?
We are unable to track down specific e-cards. On occasion, a recipient's spam filter blocks our ecard notification message, a problem for which there's no easy solution. Other times, the problem is as simple as a typo. Please double-check that you have the person's e-address exactly right. Be sure you fill in all the blanks and proceed through all three steps on the e-card form.

  2. Word for the Day
    1. Why am I no longer receiving my Word for the Day emails?
Some changes in providers spam filters can prevent legitimate emails from being delivered to recipients' inboxes. Here are some things you can do:
      1. Check your or your service provider's spam-filter settings.  Check to see if you have a bulk mail folder that's receiving your copy of Word for the Day.
      2. If our messages are ending up in the Bulk Folder, put our email address – auto-sender@gratefulness.org – into your "trusted senders" list. You can always see the quotes by clicking the Word for the Day icon on the left margin of our homepage.

    5. Why can't I find the candle I just lit in a group?
Your candle appears immediately amongst the thousands of candles lit. It takes up to 15 minutes, though, for the candle and message to appear on the "Groups" page and to be included in total and country counts.

    6. Why can't I find my country on the drop-down list of countries?
Countries are listed by their international two-letter Country Code. If you wonder whether your country is listed and under which code, please contact us. As much as we would like to accommodate everyone, we have decided to follow the official U.N. recognized list of countries. If you do not feel that your country is adequately represented in this list, you can always write your own country or region in the "From" field.
